Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. ( Other duties may be assigned . ).

* Provides meals to residents, patients, staff and visitors on a daily basis.

* Washes and sanitizes all dishware, pots, pans, etc following state and federal standards.

  • Orders cleaning chemical and dietary inventories supplies as needed.
* Assists in passing out and collecting patient trays and food service items through facility as needed.

* Puts dry stock away, rotating it to assure proper usage.

  • Stock display cases in the front line.
  • Maintains menus for residents, patients and staff as needed.
  • Presents menus to patients and residents, consulting with staff dietician.
* Maintains department hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitary operations assuring zero tolerance for deficiencies. At all times maintains highest standard of quality, presentation and financial accountability.

Education and/or Experience:
